When a Napier aged care home hot water and heating system started to fail beyond repair the team at Flow Energy quickly designed & delivered a fully self-contained 150 kW Modular high-efficiency boiler/hot water generation heat box. Our portable, modular plant room has space for another 150 Kw boiler or a hybrid system with a heat pump to cover the base load for a complete low-carbon solution when the final decision is made on future building alterations. For now, the heat box quietly provides hot water & heating to the whole building efficiently.

Offsite prefab and commissioning meant the client only had a 45-minute hot water downtime during the changeover period.
