After an apartment complex's aged boiler room was flooded and deemed beyond repair, FlowEnergy provided a transitional modular 450kw heating and hot water plant. Due to the plant being built offsite, the transition was completed with only a few hours of service outage. As part of the planned redevelopment of the complex, a heat pump-powered modular plant will be installed with a gas energy source as a backup for use during peak demand periods.
